Kamal Thapa ,who guaranteed of the republican constitution, communicated welcome to previous King Gyanendra Shah on his birthday. Additionally the Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal (RPP-N), Thapa came to Nirmal Niwas on Thursday morning and longed for good wellbeing, life span and advance to the previous ruler on his 70th birthday. Consequently, Shah expressed gratitude toward the Minister for his desires. Ex-King Shah praised his 70th birthday today in nearness of his relatives and well-wishers.
