The United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) has called a one-day bandh challenging the administration's choice to go for nearby races without revising the constitution. The banda called by UDMF has influenced the life in a few sections of the Tarai region.According to area journalists, the bandh has influenced the every day life of individuals in Rajbiraj, Birgunj, Lahan and Janakpur. Angry UDMF units have additionally vandalized the workplace of Rajbiraj Municipality.
