The backwoods bureau of India has begun building a dam in the dead zone along the Nepal-India fringe close Parasan of Punarbas Municipality, Kanchanpur, without Nepal's consensus.The Indian side has begun the development of the divider along the outskirt column 191 to 194 in the Nepal-India fringe of the region. Boss District Officer of Kanchanpur, Manohar Prasad Aryal, said that the additional data with respect to the working of dam like development would be gathered soon.The local people in the area said that outskirt infringement from the Indian side has a long history.
